It’s important to know that your virtual care strategy is working. You will want to monitor certain metrics, so you and your team can adjust accordingly.
Available reports
eVisit makes the following six default reports available to monitor data on patients, visits, and financial information.

Capture all visits that have been charged. |
Patient Data |
Capture a full list of patients associated with the practice. |
Visit Data |
Capture information about canceled, unprescribed, paid, and unpaid visits. |
Patients with No visits |
Capture patients who completed their enrollment but have not had any visits. |
Cancelled Visits Data |
Capture all visits with the visit status of “cancelled.” |
Patients with Incomplete Enrollment |
Capture the patients who have not completed their enrollment; they appear as “Pending” or “Enrolled.” |
Note: The ability to run reports is only available to certain practice roles. Contact your eVisit administrator to request access for your members to the reporting function for your practice.
How to choose and run reports
To run a report in eVisit, follow the steps outlined below:
- Log in to eVisit and open the user menu (click the down-arrow next to your name)
- Click My Account

- At the left side of the screen, click Reports

A list of reports will display.
- Identify the report you want to run

- Click Custom Range and select a date range
- Click Run Report
A message that the report is processing will be displayed.
- When your report is ready for download, you will see the report's name and “Available!”

- Click Download
The report will download to your computer in a .CSV (comma-separated values) formatted spreadsheet. You can open the file using your preferred spreadsheet application or save it for viewing later.
