A practice can have a status of "Missed" to indicate when a patient joined a visit but left or canceled it before a provider joined. Contact your eVisit representative to get this feature configured.
Figure 1 shows a patient has arrived in the queue and is ready to be seen.

Figure 2 shows that a patient was in the queue but left before a provider could join the visit.

To identify the patients with the "Missed" status, click Missed. All patients with a missed status will display their names and the time they waited.
