We understand this can be frustrating. This occurs if no providers are logged in or have an availability set for for scheduled or see-now visits.
If you log into your eVisit account to schedule or request a visit and see the message "No Providers Available," we recommend you reach out to your provider’s office directly to confirm their scheduling process and your provider's availability.

On the Select a Visit Type page, if a provider is available you will see a green notification that there are providers available for that visit type.

Click the arrow on the right side of the visit type to display the providers currently available.
