So you've just submitted your visit and what comes next?  If you're a first time visit - welcome to the wonderful world of Telehealth. If this is not your first visit - welcome back!


Once you request the visit with your provider and you confirm that everything is set, you'll see something like this (your view can look different).


Your provider will receive a notification(s) of your visit.  Wait times will vary.  When your provider is ready and accepts/starts the visit, you shall receive a notification and one last prompt asking if you're ready:


Note: You can cancel before your visit, but please keep in mind that it could delay your visit if you decide that you need to see the provider.
