If you see patients across different practices, you can now navigate between them quickly on your desktop by using the switch practices feature located in your header. If you are on your mobile device you'll find the switch practice feature in your user menu.
Switch Practices - Desktop Version
The current practice you are logged in to is displayed in the page header. To switch to a different practice, open the menu and select a practice from the list of options (Fig. 1). The virtual waiting room for that practice will appear.

Switch Practices - Mobile Version
On a mobile device the ability to switch practices is found in your user menu.
- In the top right corner of your screen, tap the three-bar icon

- Tap Switch

- Select a practice from the list of options

- Tap Continue
You will see the virtual waiting room for that practice.
