We are more than happy to provide a refund for your visit!
However, we need approval from your provider, or someone from their organization before we can do so.
After you contact your provider, and they agree to the refund, they will submit a refund request to us on your behalf. We will then be able to refund the amount requested back to your card.
Please note that refund processing may take between 3 to 7 business days, and is depending on your banking institution.
