We understand this can be frustrating, but this can occur for a few different reasons. The most common are:
- Your provider doesn't have availability for the date and time you want to schedule
- If it's for a See Now visit, your provider may not be accepting that type of visit currently
- You may be in a different practice (some organizations have multiple practices)
Some organizations will schedule appointments for you, some will allow you to schedule your own appointments, while others may be available for on-demand visits.
If you log into your eVisit account to schedule or request a visit, and see the message "No providers are currently available", we recommend you make sure you are in the right practice and reach out to your provider’s office directly to confirm their scheduling process or your provider's availability.
