If you log into your eVisit account to schedule or request a visit, and see the message "No providers are currently available", we recommend you reach out to your provider’s office directly to confirm their scheduling process or your provider's availability.
We understand this can be frustrating. This can occur for a couple of reasons:
- Your provider doesn't have availability for the date and time you want to schedule.

If it's for a See Now visit, your provider may not be accepting that type of visit at the time you're requesting it.
On the Select a Provider page, if your provider is available for scheduled appointments, and or a See Now visit, the Schedule and See Now icons will be blue. If not, they will be grayed out and not clickable.
You'll notice that in the example above, Dr. Test Provider 4 is available for appointments only and Tom Provider is available for See Now visits, and it's estimated you the patient will wait 15 minutes to be seen.
Some organizations prefer to schedule your appointments for you, some will allow you to schedule your own appointments, while others may be available for See Now (on-demand) visits.
