People’s schedules change. You and your patients have busy lives, and sometimes their visits must be rescheduled. To reschedule a visit, follow these simple steps.
Log into eVisit and click the Scheduling tab
Find the patient to reschedule by using the filters at the top of the screen or the search bar, then click Edit Visit (Figs. 2 & 3)
Click in the Time field (Fig. 3) to open the scheduling tool (Fig. 4)
Select a new date or time then at the bottom of the side-panel click Save
That's it! The visit has been rescheduled. The patient will be notified of the schedule change depending upon your notification preferences.
