The following explains how to get your visit summary through your mobile device (smartphone or tablet). If you are on a computer, please go here.
If your provider wrote you a work/school release note, you will find it here. If it is not in the visit summary, please contact your provider directly as they may not have uploaded it yet.
Step 1. Log in to your account and tap on the menu icon in the top right corner.
Step 2. Tap on “Visit History”
Step 3. Tap on the visit you want. The most recent will be at the top of the list.
Step 4. Tap on the "Download" button at the bottom of the page.
After you have downloaded your visit summary, you will be able to save it to your mobile device.
