What Is A General Transition Error?

The "General Transition Error" message usually occurs when a patient has requested a "See Now" visit request then requests another one at the same time. 

The system knows that the patient is waiting to see a provider, but when the second request is made the system identifies that as an error that is called a General Transition Error.

It is recommended that the patient log out of their account, then log back in. When they log back in they should be placed into their original visit request. From there they can cancel the visit request if needed.
