How Do I Manage My Notifications?
How to change your notification settings from your desktop/laptop computer:
Step 1. Log into your account and click on the down arrow next to your name.
Step 2. Click on “My Account”.
Step 3. Click on the "Notifications" icon.
Step 4. Choose how you get notified: email, voice-call, text message, or all three.
If you want notifications to go to multiple phone numbers and/or emails, you can add these notifications by clicking "Add Notification".
Step 5. Enable or disable how you want to be notified by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the notification type.
Step 6. Confirm your audio alerts, then click on the “Save Changes” button.
How to access your notification settings from your mobile device.
Step1. Log into your eVisit account and tap on the menu icon.
Step 2. Tap on “Settings”.
Step 3. Select how you want to be notified by moving the selector button to the right.
In this example, the provider has selected Email and Text (SMS) notifications. You may also add additional email addresses and phone numbers by tapping on “Add Notification”.
Step 4. Select which notifications you want to receive by checking the box next to it. Tap “Save Changes” button when you’re finished.
