How Do I Add A Dependent?
Adding dependents to your account is easy to do. You are asked if you want do so when you first create your account. You may also add them a later.
Please note that after you add a dependent to your account you will not be able to delete them. This is because once patient data has been created, HIPAA requires it must be saved securely.
Log in to your account.
Click on the arrow next to your name. You'll find it at the top right of the page.
Click on "Personal Info".
Click on "Add Dependent".
Enter the dependent's information then click "Save". If your provider's practice collects insurance information, you'll be able to add it in the next step. If not, you'll be taken back to your "Personal Info" page.
Click "Update". That's it! You've added your dependent!
