How Do I Download My Visit Summary From My Smartphone Or Tablet?
If your provider wrote you a work/school release note, you will find it here. If it is not in the visit summary, please contact your provider directly as they may not have uploaded it yet.
The following explains how to get your visit summary through your mobile device (smartphone or tablet). If you are on a computer, please go here.
Step 1. Log in to your account and tap on the menu icon in the top right corner.
Step 2. Tap on “Visit History”
Step 3. Tap on the visit for which you would like to view your visit summary.
(The most recent will be at the top of the list)
Step 4. Tap the download button at the bottom of your screen.
After you have downloaded your visit summary, you will be able to save it to your mobile device.
