How Do I Request A Refund For My Visit?

We are more than happy to provide a refund for your visit!

However, we need approval from your provider’s or someone from their organization before we can do so. Your provider’s contact information can be found in the visit summary.

After you contact your provider, and they agree to the refund, they will submit a refund request to us on your behalf. We will then be able to refund the amount requested to your card.

Please note that refund processing can take between 3 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
