Why Don’t I See Any Of My Providers Listed?

All providers control their schedules and availability. They may not be available if you are trying to schedule a See Now visit, or they are not available on the date/time you are trying to schedule an appointment.

Some organizations will make appointments for you, some will allow you to make your own appointments, while others may only be available for “See Now” visits, like when you walk into an office without an appointment.

If you log into your eVisit account to schedule or request a visit, and see the message "No providers are currently available", we recommend you reach out to your provider’s office directly and find out how they want you to schedule appointments.
