How do I request a refund?

We are more than happy to provide a refund for your visit!

However, in order to process your refund, we need approval from your doctor/provider.

You may be wondering why this is. This is because we do not charge you the patient to use eVisit. 

Instead you, as the patient, are paying the doctor/provider directly for their medical services. 

After contacting your provider and requesting a refund, your provider will submit a refund request on your behalf.

You can find your doctor's contact information in the visit summary.

Please note that refund processing can take between 3 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
