When I register it says "Email has already been taken". What is this?

If you see this message (or a very similar message about the email address being taken), you already have an account under that email address. 

Please confirm you have entered the information correctly. 

You may need to reset your password if you have forgotten it. 

This is the general message, in red.

Select "Forgot your password?"

Input the email of the password you wish to reset.

Check your email to find the password reset instructions. Open that email. After opening that email you will see a link to reset your password. Click that link and you will be able to change your password. 

After following the password reset link, you will be able to set a new password. 

CONGRATS! You have successfully reset your eVisit password!
